Go-For Groceries is an easy and user-friendly shopping service.

The questions and answers below are provided to give you more understanding of how our shopping & delivery service works.

Who shops for my groceries/goods?

A qualified ProShopper will hand-pick your items for quality assurance. We'll make sure you get the best selection(s) available in the store. The ProShopper will also deliver your items.

When does Go-For Groceries shop & deliver?

Currently, our shopping & delivery hours are as follows:

Monday thru Friday 8am - 6pm

Saturday 8am - 4pm

How much does it cost to use the service?

Our Residential Rates: $8.95 plus 10% of the grocery total.

Our Business Rates: $11.95 plus 10% of the grocery total.

Ex.

$30.00 grocery bill + $3.00 (10%) + $8.95 = A Service Fee of $11.95

OR

$30.00 grocery bill + $3.00 (10%) + $11.95 = A Service Fee of $14.95.

How do I pay for my order?

You pay the ProShopper for the groceries plus the service fee with Cash or a Personal/Business Check when the groceries are delivered to your location.

Do I need to be present when the groceries are delivered?

Yes. Or Someone you trust should be available to receive the groceries/goods then pay the service fee upon delivery. Go-For Groceries will never leave your groceries/goods unattended.

Can I return an item if not satisfied?

Yes. We're 100% commited to your satisfaction.

If the item is unopened and is accompanied by the original receipt, it can be returned within 72* hours.

If the unopened item was purchased in error by the ProShopper, it will be replaced within 24* hours.

* Please note: Our Returns Policy will be honored as expressed above with exception to any delays that may arise, such as (but not limited to) bad weather conditions, ProShopper availability, time of day request was made, ie, after business hours on a Saturday, etc.

Can I use my Manufacturer's Coupons? If so, how are they redeemed?

Yes you can. For a nominal fee, we will come to your location first - before doing your shopping - to Pick-Up your coupons. Please visit our 'Services & Fees' page for details.

The ProShopper will take the coupons to the store and present them to the cashier when it is time to pay for your groceries/goods. Your savings will appear on your receipt. The same as if you were shopping for yourself.

Is it required to tip the ProShopper?

TIPS are always graciously welcomed, but are completely voluntary. The customer should never feel obligated to give a gratuity of any kind.
